Wareham's Government is by Charter an Open Town Meeting managed by a Town Administrator: John Foster, Acting Town Administrator, who is overseen by five part-time Selectmen.

The town offices are located in three buildings in Wareham as follows:

The Memorial Town Hall, located at 54 Marion Rd., Wareham,MA 02571
Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
